Welcome to India Taj Trips. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Kindly read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, phone, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Confirmation vouchers and tour details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after payment confirmation.
Clients must provide correct personal details (name, contact number, pickup location, etc.) at the time of booking.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance can be paid before the tour starts or on arrival (as agreed).
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
Any bank or payment gateway charges will be borne by the client.
Cancellation must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing:
48+ hours before tour: Partial refund (as per company policy)
Less than 48 hours: No refund
No refund for unused services, late arrival, or no-show.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days.
All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Monument entrance fees, taxes, or fuel prices may vary as per government updates.
Prices are based on current government taxes; any increase will be borne by the client.
Clients must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the tour.
Foreign nationals must carry passport and visa copies.
India Taj Trips is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documents.
India Taj Trips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of unavoidable changes, alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided.
India Taj Trips acts as a tour operator and is not liable for:
Loss of personal belongings
Accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure situations
Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during the tour.
Vehicle type will be provided as per the selected package.
Driver working hours are as per itinerary; extra hours may be chargeable.
Misbehavior with drivers or staff will not be tolerated.
India Taj Trips shall not be held responsible for cancellation or delay caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
By booking a tour with India Taj Trips, the client agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
